Here are 2 more tracks. It amazes me that htis record got such bad reviews on AMG. Although I certainly use AMG extensively, it does remind me that their opinion of many many records is totally opposite of mine. Based on their review, you'd think the record is bad, bu it is excellent from start to finish.

These guys used to be good??? Who could have guessed? Wow! Great tracks, although I still like Slow Drowning best. What a crushing disappointment that they jumped on the technopop/rave crap bandwagon. [xx(]

I didn't really say I used them specifically for their reviews, I don't. By using them extensively, I mean to look up discographies, release dates, album art, band members, etc or maybe song titles on an LP. Sure I do sometimes read a review, but no matter where I see a review, it is just that to me - someone else's opinion. I have all five editions of Trouser Press, and love looking at them and reading in general about groups or artists of interest, but even with them, some of my all time favorites they have no use for. So these are more for the info I might want or need than anything else. I really don't judge any music from a review itself. Still, I am always amazed how many great works these reviewers would have you steer clear of based on their words. I guess you just have to hear for yourself.

I find I disagree with reviews on just about anything--Music, books TV and Movies.

Same here. Some of my all time favorite movies suck according to the movie critics. I am not sure they actually know how to enjoy a movie, they are always analyzing it probably.
