The Schemers

Quite a while back, someone had a thread about a band from the Rhode Island area (I think??) called The Schemers. I actually came across a legit CD release at Cheapos yesterday, called Remember. It includes their 80s recordings plus more. Not sure how complete it is, but man it is some great power pop stuff. I had gotten a copy of some songs from a friend a couple years ago, but it was a nice surprise to find this CD.

Grunch--That was me. Remember came out a few years ago and was great stuff. If your interested, Ive got a lot of Demo cuts and original recordings of the Schemers that I can send your way. Also some great live shows. Let me know!!
The Remember cd was only a snapshot--they had a huge selection of music that unfortunatly never made it recorded anywhere.

And since were on the topic of one of my favorite local bands, heres a live version of a tune that I posted a while back-Walking In The Night. Ive gotten a very positive reaction from those Ive shared this with so far.
