Here is 805 - Young Boys. This comes from their pretty obscure 1982 release Stand In Line, a somewhat artsy pop sounding group with one very fine album. I'd have to say it is fairly rare from my own perspective, having never encountered it beyond my own LP copy. Not once, at least not in shops or at any conventions.

thanks...i worked at a radio station that was celebrating it's 1st anniversary in 1982 and we had a concert with 805, The Hooters and Shooting Star.

They were a very big deal here in Syracuse & one of the few bands from here that ever got a major label contract. (Other than Grace Jones I can't think of many others.)
They were best known around these parts as a progressive/art rock/AOR type of band - not new wave at all. (Sort of like Asia but a little more showy.)
They played at my high school, during an assembly, when I was in 11th grade (78-79). I seem to recall the lead singer dragging out a big Boa Constrictor and carrying it around during a song like Alice Cooper used to.
Being young & stupid, I really resented them as I thought there were tons of great punk & power pop bands that deserved the attention & contracts rather than 805.
