That Sinking Feeling?

That Sinking Feeling?

Another request for an ID...

The chorus goes something like, "What would you do for me, would you save me from that sinking feeling". If I remember correctly it got a lot of airplay on WLIR for a while in the mid-to-late eighties then I never heard it again. Thanks!!!!!!

The song is called "That Sinking Feeling" by the band WHIZZ FOR ATOMS circa 1984. It was released in both a 7 inch & 12 inch format. I don't believe there was any difference between the versions on the two formats. The b-side is marginal at best. Should be easily obtainable thru sites such as GEMM.

Thanks so much! I've been trying to search for that song forever but always kept coming up with the "The The" song with the same name. Don't have a turntable though so GEMM is out for me. If anyone has an mp3 of this ong I wuld really apprecaite it very much. Thanks again!
