Ok, since we all have the fave baselines, guitars, drums, piano...how about this.
What is your favorite background vocals for a new wave song? [:D] It doesnt have to be the band members but those guest singers. It doesnt have to be a duet (like REM and B52's Shiny Happy People). What i have in mind are those unkonown vocals or choir backgrounds. (now i feel stupid [:D]).
Heres a sample:
