So long Morrissey

Postby ben_at_work » Mon Apr 30, 2007 10:03 am

Well, I went to see Morrissey in Stockton last Friday. All I have to say is WOW! He put on such a great show and played quite a few Smith songs as well. I doubt he'll ever come back to Stockton though as some big fat idiot jumped onstage during the encore and just about took his head off, ripped his shirt. People were going onstage throughout the show and he was being totally cool. Friggin Stockton idiots.

I know Morrissey fans are devoted but they were so rude to the opening act (Kristeen Young, whom me and my girlfriend thought was pretty cool) Heckeling her, not letting her talk between songs. If I were Morrissey I would have not played based on the way these idiots insulted his opening act. I'm glad he didn't though because HE ROCKED!!!

Here's the story

by the way, is Morrissey considered New Wave? [:p]
