He has made a simple wish, not for money or anything like that. He just wished to receive 350 million Birthday Cards to break the current world reccord. His Birthday is May 30th....which is 6 days away.
Many schools are participating in having kids make cards for Shane. The card doesn't have to be store bought. It can be an Ecard, a homemade one or whatever.
Please, if you have the time, just send a card. Heck, you can even send him an E-card! Do something special for a little boy by making him smile. Apparantly, he's read every single message that has been sent to him!
Please spread the word out on your own LJ's and Facebooks...MySpace or whatever. Even spread the word out in your own schools & at work. We've been sending cards around here at my office and are sending them off.
This sort of thing makes me realize it's the little things we do that count. Please make a little boy's Birthday.
