"Party Party" - Brit Teen Film (1983)

I was wondering if anyone has seen the 1983 British teen comedy "Party Party"? I saw on another forum a lot of people waxing nostalgic about it (but really couldn't find a synopsis anywhere).

I was told it had a great soundtrack, so I went and looked and indeed, it does:

I found the reissue CD for $20.00 and have already ordered it.
So, other than a great soundtrack, anyone recommend the film?
