"Practical Jokers" Mushroom Records 1990 CD Original release 1981 for one glorious buck! Ha, ha, ha....count them...one buck.

I love finding this kind of stuff. Now, all I need is the second Schnell Fenster LP "OK Alright a Huh Oh Yeah" and I'll be one happy guy.

Hugely underrated band. Phil could write a killer pop hook and songs like "One Good Reason" & "Lovesick" certainly rank among
the best of their era. Not everyone's cup of tea, but if you love early eighties Split Enz with a little more edge (or a more poppier sounding Wire?)this is the band to beat...1234

I got turned on to these guys via Star Struck. I searched out their LP (it wasn't too hard to find) and fell in love with it from the start.

I have had the "Counting the Beat" LP since 1982, "Practicals Jokers" is almost the same LP with maybe 2-3 track difference.

Phil was also responsible for his Schnell Fenster group which is somewhat like The Swingers but with much better production values.

Either way, you can't go wrong with a Phil Judd release.
