Just last night in London. A 3+ hour set! Jesus, I don't know if I could tolerate that from even my absolute favorites. A couple of reviews below and one fookin' hell of a setlist:

GEEZ!! I'm suprised Robert could last so long on stage. 20 yrs ago I would have been in heaven for this. Now, I am not so sure. Good set list though. Nice to see that they haven't forgoten the oldies and that 3rd encore list all from 3 Imagainary Boys. NICE!!!

Wow. I was on the fence as far as catching them in Salt Lake in May, but given the setlist, and the very real possibility of a final opportunity, this may convince me to go. I've never seen a Cure show approach three hours, Trilogy aside. Maybe they know something we don't.

Not surprising at all! They played an almost 3 hr set @ Inland Invasion in '03, and sounded brilliant the entire time, I enjoyed every song from that amazing night.. Their new disc is due out sometime this summer I'm told, and it's supposedly ALOT like Disintegration(which is wonderful), with a huge(as they claim) US tour to follow. Although, I doubt they play Vegas. They haven't played Vegas since Bloodflowers, and I guess we're not good enough in Vegas for Robert and the boys to grace us w/their presence? We can always hope they change their mind though.
