Question for Tassos

Postby Hemi » Sun May 11, 2008 9:40 pm

Hi Tassos

When I was in Athen in 1979, I bought a record by a greek ska/new wave band,
but i dosen`t remember the band, maybe you know some ska/new wave bands
from late 70`s. I sold the record for many years ago. The band singing in english.

I'm sure he'll be glad to help someone else for a change and give back to the community which has given him so much. Expect your question to be slightly reworded and posted as a separate topic shortly.

It is a young person who wants a little help.He makes the first steps in new wave.Nobody born with all the knowledge. You've been in his place in the past.Yes,i know he post too many topics, some of them has nothing to do with new wave but you don't need to write all those ironical comments.
It didn't cross your mind to give him an advice or send a private message?
This post today proves that everybody can help.See,someone ask help from somebody who you might call "unuseless".

To be fair, Konstantinos, I don't think anyone has ever accused Tassos of being "unuseless".

Frankly, I was heart broken and deeply traumatized that he called me a gay man. I am just now scraping myself up off the floor and with the help of many good friends starting to see some of my self esteem returning. Words can be so cruel. I don't know if an apology from him will ever erase the damage he's done to my self-image.

Hemi,
That's a nice record and still easy to find if you want to buy again.

wherewereuin82,
What can i say,he defended and he was over reacting. When the situation goes under control those things can happend.I'm not support him in this part but you guys push it too far.
I think the moderator must delete his topic. It makes not good for the status/image of this website
