OOOOOOOH! PhiIIIIIILY!
Funny you brought this up. My school was going to have a huge sports day and I took off from work to help. As soon as I got there, they said it was postponed till wednesday. Too bad it will still be 95 on wednesday.

on a side note I had no electricity today. It is scary how dependent we are to modern tech. With no power I give the world 3 days before it becomes road warrior.

I had to travel to Albany to do a training for a week. I get to the college, find the room and NO A/C!!!!!!! It's 95 here...and in a room that's been closed up for a couple of weeks - freakin' murder. I had a Tyra Banks sized hissy fit. Come to find out - there's no A/C in the whole building - wtf? Really...WTF?
I made them move us to another room, but it was a huge room with a little window unit. Not effective at all. There's nothing like standing up in front of a group of hot, cranky people and sweating your ass off. I can't wait for today...it's going to be 95 again...

You would think with what they charge for tuition in New York State they'd spring for a damn a/c.
