Gary Allen "Oops It's An Accident"

Does anyone remember this song? I cannot find any information on the web about Gary Allen. Is he alive? Is that even is real name? Any information would be greatly appreciated. I know he released an EP but I believe that was his one and only release. Someone posted the link in obscure80's for me a while back when I had originally requested the song file.
