I am so sorry I have been out of touch lately. It has been truly busy.
3 things to mention
1) I am showing my videos at the Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg Russia. I am also part of the instillation at the Central Exhibition Hall (the Tzars stables in the 1800's! the Hermitage was his Palace!)
The pieces I am showing are: Anastasia, and a collaboration with one of the curators (Koshek) The Grand Experiment - The Secret life of Inanimate Objects
I am flying to Russia wed Nov 18 to be there for the opening. yup! That is today!
Anastasia uses antique Asian marionettes and children combined with music performed with Sofia Run, to uniquely convey the story of Anastasia it also exhibited at the Chelsea Art Museum in NYC for Sonic Self.
2) My Radio Show will air a rebroadcast of an interview I had with
Dead Kennedys guitarist and founding member East Bay Ray on Flashback Alternatives
It will air this Thursday, Nov 26th at 9pm eastern NYC time,
and again at midnight.
Then it rebroadcasts Sunday, Nov. 29th at 9am eastern NYC time.
You can tune in right off the website http://www.flashbackalternatives.com/
or open your itunes player radio tab and Flashback Alternatives is under the alternative tab.
They get several 1000 listeners a day and it is an all request station.
There will be some exclusive tracks just for FA
and some questions from listeners.
His birthday just passed and he just came out with a new solo CD called Labyrinth
make sure to wish him a Happy Birthday and get a CD
