I dont know if my term is right but what i have in mind is songs that tells something about a particular race or anti religion or anti monarchy or whatever.

Example

Hongkong Garden - Siouxie And The Banshees

with lyrics like "a race of bodies small in size" or "an old custom to sell your daughter" or "junk floats on polluted water". It tells something negative about Hongkong or the chinese. Unless SATB are not serious.

The People Who Grinned Themselves To Death - The Housemartins

which i think is anti monarchy."and even when their kids are starving, they all thought the queen was charming."

is about the Pope right?

is an atheist anthem bashing religion i think.

Granted, the track is tongue in cheek reposte to reporters who said that the band is sexist but anyone who didn't know the backstory might have a different view.

The Banshees were in fact using the song in defense of the proprietors of a Chinese food place near where they lived who had been harassed by skinheads. I personally always thought the cheesy faux-Asian xylophone riff at the beginning sounded condescending, but according to them they were sincere.
