I haven't seen too much about these guys on the web, and I really enjoy em, so I decided to rip my collection. As far as I can tell, Strangers And Brothers released two singles on Magnet records in 85-86. Enjoy the extended mix of "Sensational" below.

Kind of a New Wave/Blue Eyed Soul thing going on, right? Though, I must admit i have no idea what color these guys eyes are.

The tracklisting is as follows

1. Sensational
2. Fire
3. Sigh A Little
4. Candi Train
5. In The Heat Of The Night
6. What Did We Do?
7. Sensational (Extended Mix)
8. Candi Train (Extended Mix)

Candi Train is really catchy, but my favorite track is probably "Fire."

Anyway, hope you guys enjoy. Here's the link to the set. Let me know if the download doesn't work or anything... I'm new to this.

Thanks for the tracks Dominik! I've remastered them with Adobe Audition. I tried to be as non-destructive as possible, but most of the noise and clicks are gone. I also remastered the cover art.

I'm a bit late with this but I've just found your forum.

Strangers and Brothers were Scottish, still are come to that, from Glasgow.
I remember buying "Sensational" as a new release as it got some airplay on local radio in Glasgow.

Looking forward to hearing them again - it's hard to believe those tracks are now thirty years old.

You do realize that your working with lossy files to begin with? Good effort. Unfortunately it's never a good thing to compress a second time lossy audio.
