1) Click on 'I forgot my password' at the login prompt 2) Enter your username and email you registered with and submit 3) You will receive an email with an activation link. My Mac flashed a message stating that i have three porn viruses as soon as i clicked on the download link . Is this link bad?

I'm using Adblock Plus and NoScript, so I don't get any problems from these sites. Israbox and Turbobit are popular and genuine download sites but may try to sneek in Spyware once in a while.

Then why use them?

Plenty of others that don't try to sneak spyware onto your PC.
