<br>Seona Dancing 'More to Lose' one the most requested songs at Skoochies. I got this record from NY Rockpool and I no longer have a copy of this song or record. Anybody got a copy or link for download???
Here 'tis: <a href="http://home.comcast.net/~fritzb1/Seona.mp3">Seona Dancing "More To Lose"</a>

Fritz, I have hit yet another computer retard moment...How do I save that song onto my Mac harddrive? I am sure that I have done it before but I have absolutely no recollection of how...

Gracias for any help!
I'm not Fritz, but I can help.

Hold down the OPTION key and left-click the link, or for those with a two-button mouse, right click the link and select "Save Link As". Now the mouse is the thing with a cord that is generally attached to the keyboard, which is a device that looks like a flat typewriter. It isn't an actual mouse, so don't be scared to push on it.

Kimiii,
I got a P2P tool and was able to download an extended version but intro got drum beats in it. The one I used to have with piano intro only and I used to averlay it with Tainted Love! Do you remember that! I DO MISS THESE OLD DAYS!!!

Hee hee hee [:D] Dovan, you nailed it. I will never refuse to admit that I love that song!

Seriously, my big regret about my Skoochin' days is being too freakin' shy. I'm the kind of shy that comes across as stuck-up (of course, I AM stuck-up TOO) and as a result of being too reserved I didn't get to meet as many people as I should have back in those fun teen days. I mostly sat on the sidelines and watched others. Fortunately, that should be helpful for the book I am writing about those days!

Dovan, do you remember the lip sync competition? It was in the spring of 1984, right around the time Thom (pictured above) and I started dating. He was in the Duran Duran lip sync and I remember that he was very disappointed that he wasn't cast as Nick Rhodes, since he really did look rather like Nick. A guy named Chad played Simon and a guy named Lenny was Nick. When I started dating Thom everyone thought I was way out of my league because he was so good-looking--he had this very remote, distant glamour. Of course, he was just like me--desperately shy! Such good times!

Yes I do remember. It must had been on a Friday night. Oh! you the one with beautiful black hat and nice looking. To me all of you were good lookings. We were just like a family, just a place to hang out with good music which I am proud of. BTW, I went sailing with Todd on Lake Union three years ago.

Cheers

Hi Skoochien and Friends,

Its been two weeks since this thread has been created and the result is:

Replies = 16
Read = 475

We should be proud and Keep On Posting baby (Trucking by Eddie Kendrick of the Temptations). We should consolidate other Skoochies topics into this if that is ok with you all. Just a suggestion!!!

Cheers

I am so jealous that I can't make it out there! I decided to take summer classes since I only have 13 more classes to go until I get my BSN! Please take lots of pictures Kimiiii. I heard that Seattle has changed a lot since I was out there last in 1989!

<br>Mygreen, I'm going to be out your way (kinda) in July... and I really want to meet you! I'll be in Indianapolis. Are there any other NWOers in the area?
Hi Kimiiii, I would love to meet you. Indianapolis is only about 3 1/2 hours away from Chicago Illinois. Maybe there is a few of us out this way and we could have a Midwest get together. I would also drive to Indianapolis if that's what it takes! Maybe we could start a post and see who is in the are!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
