REQ: Gary Numan 12"

Hello. I was wondering if anybody had the full 12 inches of the singles Emotion, Machine And Soul 1, Machine And Soul 2, and the live tracks on the CDs for the singles New Anger and America. Thank you.

I have the New Anger and America single "B-Sides" live tracks somewhere, just haven't located them, as yet.
Maybe someone else will post them here before I turn them up, but I'll keep looking in case no-one does.

*Oh, I could be mistaken, but I THINK the live tracks on the 2 Metal Rhythm singles are the same as what's on The Skin Mechanic live LP/CD.
Someone can correct me, If I am wrong.

I believe that some of the live tracks on the metal rhythm singles were not from the Skin Mechanic album, but it seems that a few were indeed culled from the same shows.

As far as I know Creatures and I Can't Stop from the New Anger CD single can also be found on GHOST - Exhibition Tour 1987 LP/CD,
From the America CD single Respect, and New Anger (live tracks) are taken from the Skin Mechanic LP/CD, and Call Out The Dogs (live) is from GHOST.
If you have the re-issue of Metal Rhythm (with bonus tracks), GHOST and Skin Mechanic you can piece the CD singles together from those sources.

AMERICA CD Single:
1) America (single version) Metal Rhythm re-issue
2) Respect (live) from Skin Mechanic
3) New Anger (live) from Skin Mechanic
4) Call Out The Dogs (live) from GHOST

NEW ANGER CD SINGLE
1) New Anger from Metal Rhythm original or re-issue
2) I Don't Believe from Metal Rhythm re-issue
3) Creatures (live) from GHOST
3) I Can't Stop (live) from GHOST

Hope that info helps. If need be I can re-create the CD singles, when I have time, unless you want to piece together your own.

Hey Neil,

You probably DO already have the shared tracks. Numan put out a LOT of material during that period.
2 12" singles for Machine & Soul, also 2 CD singles as well, and the same with Emotion. a 12"
and a CD single. Skin Game had a CD single I know, but I'm not sure if there was a 12" of that one, can't recall, offhand.
I'm far from my record collection, so can't go check, except online.
Somewhere at about that time there were also those Refugee CD singles with Dadadang.
