REQ: Thompson Twins "Lay Your Hands On Me" USA 7" Version

I just realized that my vast Thompson Twins collection is missing the USA 7" Version of "Lay Your Hands On Me" - the one that starts right off with the six piano notes leading right into the main song (not the long instrumental intro like the album and UK 7" versions). After some research it appears this version may actually be fairly hard to find on CD. I seem to have located it on this USA compilation from 2005:

Fred, let me find my "Another Lost Decade" CD, and I'll upload it in WAV for you.

Well, I completely overlooked this. It's actually a vinyl transfer! It's not a Scott Davies type of transfer/remaster, but it's rather decent, nonetheless. Mastering credits go to Ron Rice, and the dynamics are alive and well.

Thanks for that. I assumed incorrectly it would just be the same as the "Single Version" on the US 12", as posted on the Burning The Ground blog. It is the same, until right before the very end. The version on the 12" goes into the standard soft outro after the final chorus, whereas the 7" version you provided just keeps the chorus going as it fades out.

Is one of these the same as the "Special A/C Mix" on the US promo 7"?

Thank you for your help Bellenger1981. After doing some research and finding some YouTube posts it appears that version is likely the USA promo 7" mix which fades out with repeated choruses. So it's even a little more rare! I will have to also check out Burningtheground's upload - for some reason I didn't even think to check there. Thanks for the help again.

I just saw your bit about the A/C mix and yes, I believe the version Bellenger1981 shared is that A/C mix. I owned the USA regular 7" and that mix definitely ends with the soft outro.

Wow, I just realized I am missing the 3:44 version(s!) from the US retail 7" and the other US promo 7". Anyone have those? I don't think they are on CD.
