This is my new favorite obscure '80s band.
I discovered their music video on relivethe80s.com. thankfully, reesa.org has several videos and MP3s avilable for leeching(I'm still working on that).
They were from Philly. Anyone experienced them live in concert? Was an album released? I emailed reesa about purchasing a CD, but might as well ask here too.
Really good instrumentation, smart lyrics, and crazy stage antics from Reesa. All in a cheerleader outfit? If you like the Suburban Lawns, etc, you just might like Reesa & The Rooters.
Also, there was another band Reesa was in, suburban housewives club? That's up on the winamp queue...

Ahhh, just checked out your link. They were around in 1980, a bit too early for me have seen them. I was still in high school at the time. [:I]
