These volumes would make a great boxset.
I would buy it in an instant, if Cherry Red were to release it.

Also, it seems to me that they could really work well mixed (for example Cabaret Voltaire, Danse Society, Clock DVA), which it not something I am usually fond of.....

I know what you mean.
What I'm trying to do here is to give an impression of what music was being played at the time. That's very different from what the industry pretends. As a former DJ and record seller I know better than anyone what the real gems were at that time. That was different from region to region, city to city and from club to club. That's why I'm adding the names of different clubs, which by the way no longer exist. In total there will be 5 of which I was actively involved as a DJ in 2. Those other 3 were customers in my shop. What you need to understand is that it represents a time frame. Personally I have always found it very difficult to apply the concept of new wave in the store.
