Hi guys! Seeing how our friend Analogue has very generously posted the compilation of Tears for Fears's early B-sides (
https://nwoutpost.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=60957) I thought I'd continue the project with non-album songs from the later period. So here's the compilation, very much unofficial, of the songs they featured as B-sides and bonuses from 1992 to 2006. 15 songs in all, and let me tell you, they're all pretty good! "The body wah" is a worthy successor to the likes of "The big chair" and "Empire building" (oh how I wish they'd done more stuff like this!), "Bloodletting go" is an outstanding, catchy song the likes of which they should've done more in the 1980s, this and "New star" are so good they're of album tracks' caliber. Some are a bit moody and/or heavy but that's not to their detriment. Maybe they felt freer on these songs, knowing those are "just" B-sides, but the results don't lack in anything. All in all I enjoyed the compilation very much, it has to be said I like their flipsides more than the actual albums (for now, at least)! Hope you'll like them as much
All songs are taken from the original releases, no remasters or anything, as a consequence the sound is really good, vibrant and nice to the ears. Plus there are several bonuses adjacent to the band's discography, I felt they're a nice grouping.
