Need help identifying a song I taped off of KROQ

Need help identifying a song I taped off of KROQ

Postby Stjiyo6969 » Sat Aug 20, 2005 11:24 am

Hi everyone.....Im a new member but a long-time lurker. Im putting together a massive 80's compilation and burning them to CD (so far its running about 82 discs in length. My trouble is in finding a particular song I had taped off of KROQ when I was visiting Los Angelos in the mid eighties. I don't know the name of thr group or even the song title....but it dealt with young goth girls and there was a verse about a girl that had "made a necklace out of turkey bones" and the ending of the song made reference to one of the girls not being seen lately..."Not since last week in fact...we reckon we summoned demon she couldn't so easily send back". This has been driving me crazy!! Can anyone help me??

This is unmistakeably Joolz 'The Latest Craze', music by Jah Wobble.

She is hilarious.

Joolz is/was tied in with the New Model Army crowd.

I don't have this, nor can I say I've heard it, but you're also not crazy:

Brian...once again...you're a lifesaver! At least I know now that I can point to something and say "See! I'm not crazy!" Thanks again, buddy! Anyone else wouldnt happen to have a copy of this song lying around?
