I'm glad to see a Martha Davis mention above. I loved her - kind of eerie, a little hurt, real mysterious, not skinny, not cutesy, a unique voice, and she played guitar - so sexy.

Then there's Deb - what could I say that hasn't been said? [8D]

Terri Nunn, definitely.

Out of curiosity, has anyone else seen the issue of Penthouse where she was the centerfold girl (under a pseudonym?) Hot damn...
Of course, she was only 16 at the time, so admittedly I kinda feel creepy talking about it. But I must repeat: Hot. Damn.

I must say Kim Wilde. Both as a new wave and than later as a pop artist. She somehow incarnates the whole 80's era without a doubt.

Check out a movie called Thank God it's Friday. Terri has a fairly large role in it. It's about a night at a big LA Disco. It was made around 78 or 79.

The only ones I can think of who are still hot now are Terri Nunn and Susanna Hoffs. But back in the day, I loved:

Kate Garner
Kim Wilde
Clare Grogan
Deborah Harry
Siouxsie Sioux (still looks decent for her age)
Kate Bush
Belinda Carlisle (1986 and beyond - still holding up OK today)
Joanne Catherall (Human League - love her in the "Fascination" video)
Dale Bozzio

And anyone who doesn't think Terri Nunn was hot in the '80s needs to watch the video for "Dancing In Berlin"!

I agree that Debbie Harry was pretty hot back in the late 70's/early 80's but when I was of that "poster buying age" in 1985 she was off the map. I was into Teri Copely.[:D]

Back in the day, I had a thing for Belinda Metz. Not the best pic of her, but she was very cute

If you're judging Belinda by her Playboy spread a couple of years back I'd have to agree...[^]

Of course I only got that issue for the articles...
