I had mentioned Airhead by Thomas Dolby in another thread, which got me thinking about songs that are amusing and/our outright funny. So I thought I'd ask the group here what NW songs do you think at the least were very amusing or at the most made you laugh out loud the first time you heard it? I few I can think of off the top of my head:

The Key to Her Ferrari--Thomas Dolby
(Don't want your love/Don't want your money/I just want the key to your Ferrari..)
Charlton Heston--Stump
(Thou Shalt Not Covet/Shalt Not Lie/Thou shalt not bonk your neighbor's wife..)
Farm Rap--Pajama Slave Dancers
(whole song pretty much)
Beautiful World--Devo
(Beautiful People everywhere/The way they comb their hair..)
Stuart--Dead Milkmen
(whole song again)
Locals Only--Surf Punks
(anything with belching is in--So I guess the same could be said of Lords of the New Church's cover of Like A Virgin)
Kiss me, Son of God--They Might Be Giants
(I built a little empire/Out of some crazy garbage/Called the blood of the exploited working class..)

I am sure there are many others. Opinions?

From "NO!"--They Might Be Giants: Nearly every song.

Also, from TMBG: "Older"--from Mink Car.

And, the first time I heard the Spice Girls I laughed out loud, and not because of their lyrical creativity, either.

Dr. Demento played a song, I think it was called "Let's Talk Dirty To The Animals." When I was 13 I thought it was HILAR-I-OUS!

oh my god, "Charlton Heston"! that was a fun song. Good call.

Dead Milkmen's "Instant Club Hit" always made me laugh.

Robyn Hitchcock has always done great amusing stuff, but I do love the words to "Trash."

A lot of Violent Femmes songs are pretty funny, particularly "Fat" and "Country Death Song".

The song is totally stupid, but to me, incredibly funny. Might have something to do with the accents: I can just picture the guys in a pub.

The Fools - Night Out - I love the yodel in the chorus. Most of the Sold Out album is pretty funny actually.
