Watching the Don't Change video and remembering how vital and charismatic Michael Hutchence was, this just seems so hollow. I guess everyone's got a right to make a living though.

Reality shows, in general, are crass. This tactic cheapens the esteem in which I once held INXS. I'm sure that the guys from the band could have gone about finding a new singer through a different route; however, nothing screams "notice me" in such a wa

Yes, I think it's crass.

But for a band who needs a lead singer, and another desperate grab at market share, I'm not sure this was a bad move.

I'm amazed the actual CONCEPT for this show got on a major network. It's not like INXS was THAT major of a band in the big scheme of things; Yes, you and I might appreciate them but is the average American able to name three of their songs?

At this point I guess the remaining members of INXS are desperate for ANY attention they might get, no matter what the consequences are. I think these shows work best with unknowns. This allows the viewers at home to "turn them into stars". Like "Hit Me B

INXS is not INXS w/o Michael. Though, I guess they have every right to carry on with the band. I won't be watching.

Personally, I don't think the surviving members of INXS should feel as if they are not entitled to a continuing musical career just because Michael is dead. But it's just not a wise idea to try and bring in a new voice for INXS. When people think of INX

Well the lone commercial I saw didn't have me thinking that this would turn out to well. Two serious flaws I saw....

1. Diverse contestants. No offense but the contestant needs to match the feel of the band (INXS). Seeing for example a black woman c
