yeehud, yes the "urgh a music war" Except Stan Ridgeway doesn't use the F-Bomb in this verson of "Back in Flesh" and why didn't the 2LP set include Chelsea's "I'm on Fire" or Dead Kenedeys which were on the video? and who's the chick in the selecter t-

You know I was thinking about this all week maybe someone should start an honorable mentions thread.

If I were to award a runners up list and I'll just do 5 starting from 25 to 21 If theres ties well thats just the way it goes.

Hi Marque,

Their was a very important person who made a big changes in UK music.
Bill nelson and the 1978 album Red Noise.
He went on to start his own label and sign New wave synth bands. Flock on seaguls etc.

I agree Razor, Bill also was in kind of an influential band Be Bop Deluxe,, I think the label he started was called Cocteau Records with a Star logo....I have the first Flock Of S Gulls 12" and It is on this label before arista picked them up.....Bill Nel

Painfully difficult. I left out greatest hits collections, live albums (or U2's Under a Blood Red Sky would have made the list) and compilations. Too hard to limit myself to just 20.
