"Clones" is a clear standout. I'd put in a vote for Billy Joel's "Sometimes a Fantasy".
I'm not sure I see "Maneater" as being more new wave than H&O's other stuff.
How about Yes's "Owner of a Lonely Heart"? That album ivolved the Buggles guys.
I never thought of "Young Turks" as a new wave song because Rod Stewart seems so non-new wave, but now that you mention it...
If David Bowie is a non-new wave artist then you have to list stuff from "Let's Dance" which in my mind qualifies as a new wave album. I guess I never thought of DB as a non-new waver, but rather a proto-new waver who transitioned smoothly into new wave. This is a feat not accomplished by many, maybe Bowie, Roxy Music, Iggy Pop... others?
