So, this song is on the Tribute to Flexipop Vol. 6 compilation disc made a few years back by European record collectors and DJs and New Wave junkies. I don't know much about Nine Circles, but I really love this tune. (I've seen posts about a CD reissue in Germany. I guess they were recording around '81.)
It's really, really minimal synth with a female vox (heavily Germanic) and it's just hypnotic.
