These are songs that are currently on my Nike PSA Play 120 mp3 player (128 MB) in this order -- I like this mix a lot and have had it for about 2 years -- I run an 8.4 mile route, 3 to 4 times a week. I've been a runner since Feb.1985 having completed 6 m

Great lists everyone!!!
Seems like certain genres are easy fits for this category: punk, power pop, psychobilly, ska. Insert pretty much anything from the Clash, Ramones, Specials here ==>
Some real new wave tunes listed as well. I'm going to check them

To kick start my heart (and get the adrenaline pumping), I'd be more inclined to go with Pop (Posturer) Punk, so most of my selections reflect that.

The Cult - Rise
That Petro Emotion - Split
The Godfathers - Johnny Cash Blues/If Only Had Time/Obsess
