The Shirts-One of the most exciting bands of Big Apple punk scene,a really underground combo with all four musicians beyond Anni Golden, to play keyboards and guitars.Supported once Peter Gabriel,shared a common ground with Blondie and Nuns but never got a serious recognition.Their debut is a classic art punk masterpiece and the next two really very interesting.Due to their preparations for a new album(without Annie)and being reissued,listen to them continiously.Are others to have the same opinion?

I'm a fan of The Shirts. Saw them at The Bottom Line (RIP) in NYC in 1979.Annie Golden of course was in the movie Hair, and contributed a song to the Sixteen Candles soundtrack. Not sure how interested I would be in a Shirts without her.

I've always heard great things about them but have never heard anything by them. I'd really be interested in tracking down some of their music.
