I like all 3.Probably enjoy the Fast Times more, but Heavy Metal is a close second.

"Fast Times" has five HUGE strikes against it with Don Henley, Jimmy Buffett, Sammy Hagar, Stevie Nicks, and goddamn Billy Squire.

"Heavy Metal" was one I never owned.

The Fast Times soundtrack was un-frigging-listenable. I owned the cassette in High School and boy did I regret THAT purchase. [V]

The only bright spot was Oingo Boingo singing "Goodbye Goodbye" (at the time it was available no where else).[:(!]

Valley Girl. Lots of hard-to-find stuff on it.

Wish I could get the OTHER Valley Girl soundtrack.

I have Heavy Metal, and it's mostly disappointing butt-rock tunes.

The two Valley Girl soundtracks contains to many bubble gum pop songs like Jossie Cotton, Tony Basil, Bonnie Hayes / Wild Combo, and the Flirts (gag me with a spoon!) and then I can't stand that Pat Travers song.

I think it's unanimous - 'Valley Girl'. But I do also love the 'Pretty in Pink' and 'Some Kind of Wonderful' soundtracks.
