I have a couple of her cds. I like her a lot but I find that a little Ofra goes a long way.
The original remix of Im Nin Alu is astounding & much better than the english language version.
Dissidenten did some good arabic sythy/house music. Fata Morgana was a great song.

Ha! I'll give her 10 to 20 minutes!
I think she had an amazing talent & I was really into her at one time. I recently put on one of the cds though & made it through 3 songs before I had to change to soemthing else.

Debbie harry also sang half of Sunday girl in French and a Spanish version of Call Me.

Ultravox did a version of "Mr. X" in German. Sung (or rather spoken) by their drummer Warren Cann who also did the English version on the "Vienna" album. Of course, the German version is actually titled "Herr X" but I know you knew that already[:)]
