regarding Cocteau Twins lyrics:don't be fooled by what you find on-line. Most of the song lyrics found are fanbase interpretations. Liz Fraser and Robin Guthrie have admitted in many past articles that there is not a single discernible word on "Blue Bell Knoll". MTV, in '88, actually refused to play the video for "Carolyn's Fingers" at first because the powers that be had to make sure she wasn't singing anything offensive. Their response was begrudgingly handing in a false lyric sheet.

I think all the lyrics are in English...it's the courtroom dialogue, commotion and judge that are in French.
