OMG!! I specifically went searching for a DJ for my wedding that played NW and I found this guy that used to work for 'LIR and his website had a big piece of cheese with a big 'X' across it...let me tell you, he was awesome!! He had everyone dancing (parents, grandparents, non-new-wavers, etc)...not one table was empty...and he only played NW!

Anyway, I digress....

#whatever....keeping a pair of hi-top Chucks (with all NW bands names written in black marker) from high school in the back of your closet to pass along to your first born when he/she gets big enough to wear them!!

A High School inspired list now that rewindmylife made me recall the High Scool years with her sneakers with the New Wave bands on it....

(230) Your School notebooks were filled with the correct type font of from all your favorite New Wave artists LP covers...as drawn by you with a black marker.

(231) Your book bag in High School could never possibly go through a metal detector because of all the New Wave pins on it.
