OMG! I love this one!
My high school once paid a "consultant" $50000 to come up with a study of what they could do to prevent teen drug use. One of the new rules was that no student could wear a lot of black. My mom pointed out to the school board that nuns wore all black and asked if nuns were dope fiends. The rule was quickly and quietly changed.
