Anyone remember the show "Fridays"? It aired from April 1980 to March 1982 every Friday night after the local news. This is where I first saw and heard alot of New Wave artists for the very first time.

I was a Fridays Person, Had to be different, Everyone was into SNL so I went the other way and tried to be different at everything including my TV, I loved it

I always loved mrlanie chartof and Michael Richards playing in the back yard like little kids and "little Mr" destroying her barbie dolls. Good new wave groups too. Plastics for one.

Yep, I loved that show too. It's where I first discovered the Jam. Wish they'd put some of that stuff on DVD.

Not exactly pertinent to this topic, but i saw a television commercial for a new movie last night, "Matador", and the trailer had A Town Called malice playing throughout.
