Nope, that is not the case. They are not allowed to share music at all. They can only download it.

I'm trying to recall a song - I don't know the band or the song name - from the latter part of the 80's.

The band is definitely Canadian. The song was written as a sort of tribute to Jim Morrison. It is kind of jangly with a little trumpet thrown in and the sound of a cracking whip.

It was issued as a 7" single on purple vinyl. There was a video on Much Music. Not much to go on, ring any bells?

Hey there!

Once I figure out how to post songs - I will help you out. For now you might wanna try getting "Limewire" and downloading whatever you want. I found a lot of rare songs that way.

Blvd, Frozen Ghost, Chalk Circle and Idle Eyes also had other hits. Blvd's biggest hit was called "Far From Over" [:)]

I got chills when I heard the Rough Trade cut! Unfortunately, as much as I love my Mac, when I upgraded to Quicktime 7, they removed the downloadability (is that even a word?) unless you upgrade to Quicktime Pro (at a$30 cost)
