"Do You Really Want To Hurt Me?" video problem

Has anybody bought that Culture Club "Greatest Hits" DVD yet. I'm asking because I have the video of "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me?" on two different DVD compilations, one out of some fly-by-nite New Wave comp from Holland and the other on an 80's Best Of DVD put out by Warner Brothers.
Both versions are of horrible quality. The picture is grainy and looks like it was shot by Charlie Chaplin back in 1918 and the audio is muffled.
A friend who works in the film industry said that the master print of this video was probably lost 25 years ago and all they must have left is a 3rd or 4th generation print.
Is it of much better quality on the officially released Culture Club DVD? I don't want to get it but I was curious if my friend was indeed right.

I was surprised by how many 80s compilations there when I was in NL.

Every version of that video I get seems to be of a different source. One thing they all have in common is the quality is average to bad. None of them are really good.
