Marco Pirroni band pre-Adam Ant?

Marco Pirroni band pre-Adam Ant?

For some reason, I just remembered a song from around 1979 or so, and I swear it was a band with Marco Pirroni. The song was called something like "This Music's Made for White Boys" and the name of the band had the word "West" in it, I think. It's driving me crazy, and I might have the Marco connection wrong. Help!!!!! Thanks!

You're probably thinking of Way Of The West "Don't Say That's Just For White Boys." No Marco Pirroni connection, I'm afraid.
However, Marco was in the original line-up of Siouxsie & The Banshees (Adam Ant performed in the band at least once), then a band called the Models (which became the Beastly Cads), then Rema Rema, then the Ants.

Thank you! That is definitely the song and the band. Still not sure why I was thinking there was a Marco connection.
Also in that Siouxsie line-up was Sid Vicious on drums, as I am sure you know. I was reminded that I won tickets to see Siouxsie in 1981 in Ann Arbor Michigan because I was the first caller into a radio show and answered the trivia question: who was the first drummer for Siouxsie and the Banshees?
Ah, those were the days. Winning those tickets with a face value of $7.50 was quite the treat.
Thanks again, now I'll be able to sleep.
