I know you can find Rockwell's Somebody's Watching Me on many CD compilations, but is his second signle ( another Top 40 hit) called Obscene Phone Caller available on CD anywhere?

Rockwell's 1st song is about being watched/followed. His other song we know about is phone harassment.

I want to hear the rest of this album. He has a new wave twist on various psychological issues. I'm sure about there's a song about manic depression to an electric drum beat.
