Heh, good luck with that. EVERYTHING on ePay is "RARE!!!!" and "OOP!!!!!!1"

You're missing the point - if you sort by price, it will list them in order of most expensive (or those with the most bids) first. For instance, the top 5 most expensive items for sale right now:

1. Beatles complete Japan CD collection - $350 (no bids)

2. Martin Briley "One Night With A Stranger" CD - $239 (no bids - the seller is in Germany and obviously doesn't realize that all of Martin's albums have been reissued in a box set by Hip-O Select!)

Sorry, but that's still WAY too much $ for that CD - as much as I love it. Also liked Sharp Stone Rain a lot. Someone else has just listed another copy of that CD (Rites Of Passage) on Ebay. No sleeve though.

Certainly your entitled to your opinion, My differs: I think it's a great LP. Bottom line: it's a (kinda) free internet. If whoever wants something and can afford it that's their perrogative. There are lots of things on ebay and elsewhere for sale for more money that I would spend on it. Obviously anyone spending this much money for a Vitamin Z CD has the opposite opinion than you do about this band. My guess would be that you may have spent more money than you wanted to in the past for an album, piece of memorabillia, or something else that I or others would consider "worthless". Obviously it wasn't to you or you wouldn't have spent the cash. It's the beauty of a free market system..one man's meat is another's poison. Let them enjoy what they consider a treasure, even if does not appeal to you.

Count me among those who LOVE Rites of Passage. So you were the buyer, Yipyip? Geez, you should've said something - I'd have sold you a CD-R copy of the album (ripped from vinyl but cleaned up so it sounds good) with several bonus remixes on it for only $399.95! Is it too late to cancel your purchase? Anyone else interested? Shoot me an e-mail! (Seriously, if I ever figure out the yousendit thing, I'll have to post MP3'S to share and enjoy).

I'm glad I checked this message string again - I had no idea Martin Briley's catalogue was released! I had his three albums on LP but just ordered it from Hip-O. Thanks Surly! (p.s. I would love to think you got your name from the obnoxious beer bottle at Duff Gardens - am I right?)

Back in my days of "I have the vinyl copy, I don't need the cd" mentality, I actually found this cd in a budget bin for $2.99 in a shop in Newark, DE. To this day, I still kick my self whenever I think of this cd. [:(]

You were makeing me curious there for a minute. As I saw the link of cartrouble.nl (dutch like me btw), and $4.000. As I have that particular single overhere. And the only thing of AA... Unfortunately though, it was another single. ($ 4 would be alright too for selling it btw)

FYI that is the same person as gilson80boy & super80boy selling that one on ebay now...wonder what is up with that? And how can you get the seller to cut the price down...was it damaged? They could have taken the bid below yours for $1000.
