Agreed- She performed this song when I saw her last Halloween. Still no sign of the new album. Anyone know when it might be out?

She's been a long time favorite of mine and that Halloween performance afforded me the chance to FINALLY see her. Great.

Lucky Number is a class tune. She's got a very unique vocal style and a look that's out of this world.

I have the Stateless Album on vinyl which I have played down to the chords. This is such a great Album and it makes me wonder why Lene Lovich wasn't more of a smash hit artist on the order of say, The Clash. She really rocks. A number 1 in my book.

Lene is awesome. Thanks for the reminder. I have two of her albums but haven't listened to them in a very long time...think I'll put them on the turntable considering it's been a while.

She was and is always a class act in my book.I remember this song when I was in 10th grade and absolutely freaked over it.The album was new then and my friends never heard of her. ! I truly miss the late 70's and early 80's when this music was so fresh, different, and downright exciting ! I'm certainly glad I was young but old enough to experience and encompess that time frame.Unfortunately, the younger generation can only enjoy the music these days--it was different back then..i'll just leave it at that !

She was certainly ahead of her time and really helped define new wave. I love her stuff. I have not heard her recent album, yet--Shadows and Dust. It was released last year and is not really readily available (Amazon doesn't sell it, but it can be found). Has anyone heard the tracks yet? I hope she's still in form and it's not like picking up the Missing Persons' Lost Tracks album (where it was very clear Dale Bazzio was very much out of form) . . .

"Shadows and Dust" is a surprisingly good album, and highly recommended by me. I cannot see any of her old fans not liking it. If you're having a hard time finding it, I'm sure it can be found through the Stereo Society's web site (they're the folks who put it out).
