If our goverment was to limit our selection on where we are to buy are gear, that is if there was only two types of stores you can buy cloths from where would you shop?

Well, gosh...

I could get a pair of plaid pants at Hot Topic for $60, or I can get the same pair at the Goodwill for $6. Um...which one will I choose?
