Call me divisive I could care less. All I know is that Roxy better win this one. No offence to Bowie but this is about personal preference.

That one is tough. Both Bryan and David had been the epitome of style. I would have to say Roxy though just because they were consistently putting out great music. Bowie has been on again, off again when it comes to greatness. But Roxy did stop record

To me Roxy Music never made a rock song better than "Suffragette City" but Bowie never made a song as beautiful as "More Than This". But since I listen to Roxy Music more often, my vote goes to them.

I have a harder time wanting to really compare. While RM did have the classic "Love Is The Drug" as a rock tune, as was more their earlier sound, I saw them really evolve more into a romantic sound with Avalon, and Bryan's solo work. Like their cover of J

Bowie. I love his music, his passion, and he's frickin' HOT.

However, Roxy Music is also excellent.

I don't think you can really compare these two. They're not at all alike.

Hmm..in terms of personal preference I have to go with Bowie. Pound for pound, I think he edges out Roxy Music slightly with his excellent recent releases "Hours" and "Heathen". Was'nt knocked out by "Reality" though.

I vote for Jobriath!..er..Marc Bolan..er...

I'll give the slight edge to Bowie on this one but let it be known that both David and Bryan are guilty of inflicting a fair amount of horrible crap music on us at times too.[:D]
