<br>Kopechne's death was tragic accident. But since nobody but Kennedy survived, you're speculating about his efforts to save her.

Here are some other sensational accidents to contemplate, instead of the more mundane thousands who die or suffer each year from lack of health care. Have fun:

Laura Bush Killed High School Boyfriend

Intern Found Dead in Rep. Joe Scarborough's Office (FL)

Sorry I don't get the point of this. Kennedy has gone on record about his efforts to save Kopechne and has also admitted to his irresponsible behavior (calling his lawyers instead of the police, going to bed and hoping it was all a dream, etc.). These two other cases are only comparable as "tragic accidents". Laura Bush herself was injured in her crash and was taken to the hospital. The Scarborough case showed no evidence of foul play unless he somehow telepathically caused the woman to faint.
All three should be considered "tragic accidents".
I do consider all three to be tragic accidents. I cited the other two incidents as examples of accidents where someone might also let the imagination run wild. I don't ascribe any malice or foul play to any of these events.

If his involvement with the KGB isn't enough for you, there's always:

-The immigration and nationality act of 1965.

-Fighting for amnesty for illegal aliens.

-Endorsing Obama.

He's done as much to send this country down the toilet as anyone. I hope his death was an extremely painful one.

Pretty good list. You forgot: "Fondness of stabbing kittens in the face"

Kennedy was not "involved" with the KGB. You can read the communication that the KGB authored. Let me know when the black helicopters stop tailing you.

Ridiculous. Drowning was more his thing.

Yes he was. Perhaps you should take your own advice.
I have read the KGB-authored memo. You're mixing up Kennedy and Tunney. I tend to be skeptical of charges written our adversaries. I'm sure Kim Jong Il's goons keep dossiers on our diplomats as well, but I wouldn't assume them to be credible. It is interesting that despite Ted Kennedy's many political enemies (and a GOP-led Congress), there was no investigation about the matter.

I see his dead ass is fucking up shit from beyond the grave. They are trying to change state laws at his request to allow the gov to appoint his replacement, this after he lobbied to have it changed when Rommney was gov so he wouldn't be able to appoint if Kerry was elected.
