Sorry I don't get the point of this. Kennedy has gone on record about his efforts to save Kopechne and has also admitted to his irresponsible behavior (calling his lawyers instead of the police, going to bed and hoping it was all a dream, etc.). These two other cases are only comparable as "tragic accidents". Laura Bush herself was injured in her crash and was taken to the hospital. The Scarborough case showed no evidence of foul play unless he somehow telepathically caused the woman to faint.
All three should be considered "tragic accidents".
