What? Get rid of Long Island? Kenneth Cole, De La Soul, Tony Randall, Jerry Seinfeld, Natalie Porttman, Alec Baldwin, Billy Joel and many other celebrities are from here. Not to mention those that moved here to call it home. J-Lo, Marc Anthony, LL Cool J, Boomer, many others. Or have vacation homes here. Francis Ford Coppola, Steven Spielberg, Puff Daddy, lots of others. Neil Tennant, Mike Meyers, Matt Damon, Demi Moore, Bruce Willis, are among the many celebs that pass through. Come on, the Hamptons alone.....Plus lots of operating farms still, wineries, Westbury Gardens, Planting Fields...

I heard Grandmaster Flash's "The Message" the other day on XM. Hadn't heard it years, but I "sung" every word. There must be a special portion of the hippocampus devoted to storing song lyrics...
